Layla and Lucien: A Chance For Love?
Chapter 3:

Layla continues with her meditation retreat:

Layla falls deeper into meditation and is overwhelmed by Light.    [Dialup #1]
Light can get very personal!

Who is transmitting all this blissfully intense Light Energy?    [Dialup #2]

A bit later, on a break...
Kara (Layla's best friend and greatfool1's other pc): Uhhh, Layla, I meant to tell you that in the first screenie of you being filled with light, you are nakey.
Layla: Well I started off with my clothes on, I swear. I had the cutest little meditation outfit on too.
Kara: Really, can I see it?
Layla: Maybe later - it really isn't important right now. It was strange in that Temple because when that Light came down, well my clothes were off in a second! Light is a smooth operator too - I barely noticed them being removed! And yeah! I finally got some action around here! It felt awesome too! Light had its way with me! I feel so happy!

Kara: But what about Lucien?
Layla: Who? Oh sorry, I am still swooning... Well that is partly up to Lucien. If he can be honest and also divorce Emilie (without losing his most essential body part), then... we'll see. I do love him deeply and have very high hopes he will take care of these matters. Lucien is also very much in love with me. It was very difficult to not succumb to him, but I am looking at this in terms of the long run. In the meantime, I am enjoying the break from all that search for Mr. Right and all the complications inherent in hooking up with a mass-murderer - not to mention, a two-timer! But I know he can change! Light can outshine ALL Darkness!

Kara: Well I haven't seen you glowing this much, ever! So what is the story here?
Layla: So get this, I was meditating and then got hit with some very strong energy, feeling real love all the way down my whole body. But not just the usual feeling you might have in a new relationship, like I had with Lucien - until that damn s.o.b. had to lie to me and end up being married. $#@!&%$# friggin' no good, lying cheat. I should....
Kara: Hey Layla! What happened to your new found peace?
Layla: Oh yeah, heh heh. Anyway, so I was just blissing out, having already forgotten about all my prior troubles, the sorrow and anger - when I was moved toward this big painting of a samurai master in the temple. Check this out, Kara:

Layla is drawn toward the Samurai Master inexplicably.    [Dialup #1]
He tells Layla that she must complete several quests before she will find real happiness.
Kara: Wow Layla! You did it with a painting!
Layla: Jeez, Kara, it is not just a painting! He is a mighty presence with incredible power! He lifted me right out of my seat and drew me up to him. But I could tell he also lives by the way of light and love - I felt I could trust him, so I just surrendered with my whole being. He transmitted great Knowledge and understanding to me!

The Master then gives Layla an enchanted Samurai blade.    [Dialup #2]
Layla: It's a great blade! And my cute meditation outfit came back too!
Kara: Cool! But your butt looks kinda fat in it!
Layla: It must be all that Light going all the way down. Damn!

Kara: Bummer! So what is this Quest he gave you?
Layla: I can't tell you now. I need to go Kara, and meditate some more! Bye!

After being infilled with a Light, blissful beyond any pleasure she has ever experienced, Layla turns to the source and surrenders in prayerful recognition. A samurai master draws her near to him, keeps testing her spiritually, and finally gives her a unique blade.

Layla admires the great blade the samurai master has presented to her, as he continues to transmit his power to her.    [Dialup #1]

Layla is warned that he will kick her ass until she understands. She happily, though naively, accepts his great offer.    [Dialup #2]

Layla bows to him in deepest gratitude for his gifts and thanks him for accepting her as his student. He says nothing, but continues to pour light into her.    [Dialup #3]
The samurai master tells Layla many things, and to use these gifts very wisely. He gives her a quest...

Layla's samurai master has instructed her to meditate day and night. Layla had thought she would be fighting for the side of Light, but he told her to keep meditating. And so she does, day after day after day...
As Layla falls deeper into meditation she has to face her own demons.    [Dialup #1]

She suddenly is transported to a horrific scene in the Arena where she is almost killed, but instead kills someone while holding a new blade!    [Dialup #2]

Layla can barely watch...    [Dialup #3]

So she envisions facelessness.    [Dialup #4]
She returns from this vision and tells her master about it, including the use of a blade other than the one he had previously gifted her with. He almost smiles and tells her she is ready to begin her next Quest.

Layla, being on a meditation retreat, has lucid dreams, visions, but at other times she catches herself daydreaming. Lately, she has been wondering why no one has seen or heard from Emilie. Layla at first thought it was because Emilie and Lucien were trying to work through their issues - with Lucien wanting to return to Layla and having very serious doubts about the Dark side. But what was taking so long? So Layla decided to cast her now very highly-developed wide-angle gaze over Tamriel, and lo and behold, she discovered why no one has seen Emilie! It appears the dear girl was flying over the Imperial City, and had a faulty landing while making a rest stop - and now she is stuck!

Emilie: This is so embarrassing! I do hope Lucien finds me before anyone else does!    [Dialup #1]
